Sources and how they are used

Every guide, question, glossary, checklist and state page ends with a collapsed Sources list naming the publisher and title behind the page.

Types of sources

Statutes, court rules and agency guidance from federal and state governments carry the legal rules. Professional bodies and law and accounting publications add practitioner explanation. Books, interviews and event talks from the Family Office Club library add how owners and family offices handle these questions.

How to use the list

Open the Sources list at the bottom of any page to see what stands behind it. Each entry gives a title and publisher, with a link when the source is public. Library entries from books, interviews and talks are credited by type, with no interview title, no speaker name and no manuscript or publisher details.

If a source looks wrong

Send the page address and the public link you are looking at to Richard@FamilyBusinesses.com or text (808) 600-9260. Corrections are made on the page itself.
